Where are classes held?

All classes are held at Wesley Institute's Drummoyne campus on the corner of Mary and Millar Streets.

How do I enrol?

Either download an enrolment form from this website (see 'How to Enrol') or contact the YPA Coordinator who can post one to you on +61 2 9819 8836. Then simply fill in the form and post it to:

I am enrolling for individual Music lessons. How do I know when to come?

Once you have completed enrolment a teacher will be assigned to you. The teacher will then contact you to arrange a lesson time.

Once you have submitted your enrolment form an invoice will be generated and posted to you. Your invoice will give you information on how to pay. Payment is for each term in advance and may be made to Wesley Institute by credit card, cheque or cash. To pay in person, visit the Wesley Institute Finance Office which is located downstairs in the main building in the northernmost corner of the hallway. The Finance Office is open during office hours from Monday to Friday. To pay by post, send a cheque or credit card details to the YPA Coordinator.

What do I do if I need to cancel at the last minute?

Our YPA has a 24-hour cancellation policy, so you will not be able to make this lesson up. Try contacting your teacher directly. If this fails call our reception on +61 2 9819 8888.

I am going to be away for a few weeks of the next term. Do I have to pay for a whole term?

No. Contact the YPA Coordinator and advise as to how many weeks you will be in attendance. You will only be invoiced for this number of weeks.

Can I enrol for a course mid-term?

Yes. Advise the Coordinator of your starting date and you will only be invoiced for the part of the term that you are enrolled for.

I'm still confused. What do I do?
